Quality Control
Raw Material Inspection
Dimension and tolerance check, appearance quality check, mechanical properties testing, weight check and raw materials quality assurance certificate check.
To make sure before the raw materials put into production, all materials shall be 100% qualified.
Semi-Finished Goods Inspection
During the pipes production process, Ultrasonic Test, Magnetic Tet, Radiographic Test, Penetrant Test, Eddy Current Test, Hydrostatic Test, Impact Test will be carried out based on the materials standard required.
Thus, when all test done, Middle inspection will be done also to make sure all required tests are 100% approval, and then continue for the finished pipes production.
Finished Goods Inspection
When finished goods prepared well, our professional Quality Control department will do both Visual inspection and Physical test to make sure all pipes are 100% qualified also.
The Visual test mainly contents the inspection for OD, WT, Length, Ovality, Verticality. And the Physical test will cut a sample for every heat number to our Laboratory for double chemical composition and Mechanical test confirmation.
Inspection Before EX-Factory
Before finished goods to be shipped, our professional QC staff will one more for final inspection of the contents pipes marking, suitable, packages, unblemished appreance and quantity count to 100% guarantee everything fully and strictly meet customers requirements.
Thus, during the whole process, we are confident with our qualiy, any third parties are all welcomed, including: TUV, SGS, Intertek, ABS, LR, BB, KR, LR and RINA.
